All glories to Sri Sri Guru Gauranga Radha Vrajesvara!

Dear devotees and friends, here in Jönköping many things have happened the last months. Many people take interest in Krishna consciousness so we have started “Bhakti - yoga & meditation center”. Every monday to thursday we serve Krishna Prasadam at lunchtime (all glories to our cook Maha-Hari Prabhu) and in the evenings we have Bhajans, Bhagavad Gita studies and more. At present the evening programs are quite small but soon we will start a more big selection of programs in the evenings, like yoga-courses, café/music-evenings, movie-evenings, theatre practice and performances and maybe some conscious art-courses…

One week ago, we opened up an art exhibition in the Jönköping Museum. The exhibition was mainly arranged by Lila Shakti who, before our trip to India last year, asked Lena Lindgren at the Jönköping Museum if we could make an exhibition about our trip to India. Fortunately Lena Lindgren was happy about it and now, one year later, on the 22 of January, we have the nice opportunity to present;

Following things was exhibited;

- Photos from Vrindavana, Mayapura, Hrisikes and places further up in the Himalayas.

- A 40 min. long movie with soooo nice pictures from Vrindavana, beginning with Srila Paramadvaiti Swami Gurudev beautifully describing what is Vrindavana. Made by his godbrother Raivata Prabhu.

- Two paintings made by Brahma-Samhita Prabhu and me, Vasudeva Das.

- The original Nimai-comic pages.

- Rajasthan-Paintings (of Sri Sri Radha Krishna)

- Many devotional items.

- Bhagavad Gita.

- Prasadam! (was distributed during the opening)

- Jagannatha Baladeva Subadhra deities.

Two days before the opening we were interviewed by two local newspapers and they published two nice articles that probably attracted many people because many people came.

People reacted in a very positive way and afterwards we invited everyone to the Bhakti Center. There we had Bhajans and Raivata Prabhu and Madhavendra Puri Prabhu, visiting devotee from Sweden, explained the importance of Krishna-consciousness. And of course there was also Prasadam distribution. A wonderful feast cooked by Maha-Hari Prabhu and Madhavendra Puri Prabhu. Delicious!

All these nice things happening is through the divine Mercy of our spiritual guardian Srila Paramadvaiti Swami Gurudeva and his godbrother Raivata Prabhu.
