In the basement there is a very nice temple room for Sri Sri Gauranga Radhika Govindasundaram, who were installed here in the Kuruksetra temple almost two years ago.

On the ground floor we find restaurant, a kitchen, a nice boutique, a yoga hall, offices, a small library and a brahmacary ashram. One block away there is a Vishu Priya ashram affiliated to the temple, where the brahmacarinies live. In this ashram, usually around four women are living. During three days this week we also had the gread pleasure to have the mother of Guru Maharaj with us. She is a wonderful 80 years old mother, a very sweet and loving person.

In this place we experience a very nice atmosphere of love and joy together with devotees from all over the world, and we can hear languages like Spanish, Polish, Swedish, and of course German these days in the Kuruksetra temple and ashram. In this asram six monks are living, but the congregation is far bigger than that, and these day we can count to 50-70 persons attending the programs. Many devotees spend hours in the kitchen to cook and then to serve, and in the same way the devotees help each other to clean and wash.
Devotees of the temple contribiute in different ways in the services of the temple. Here are many talented artists, and they work to promote the Conscious Art. Other devotees are working on for example arranging tours to India and South America, taking care of children, adminsitrating the temple, doing sankirtan, and so on. What is important is, that each and everyone gets the chance to contribute in some way, and that the personal skills and resources of each one can be useful in the service.

During my staying here I have come with the devotees on a couple of small trips. The first one went to Mewegen, close to the Polish border, where Haladhara and Shyama Mohini have a nice place, Govinda's Bahnhof. This farm is a very nice long time project, which is certainly worth a visit. It is far out in countryside, surrounded by wide fields where you can find deers strolling around. The family grow different kinds of ecological vegetables and they try to take care of what nature has to offer. The house is also constructed accordingly to ecological thinking, and there are special plans for the future temple room, which will have its special unique design. Shyama Mohini is offering alternative medical treatments on the farm, and Haladhara has a nice workshop in the village nearby, where he is working with his conscious art.
Yesterday we went to inaugurate a new farm, the Hari dham, where one of the members of our family will have a little temple. This place is around one hour south of Berlin, and the farm consists of one house of two floors and a basement, and a big barn. The house is being renovated totally, and in one of the rooms was helt an inauguration ceremony with agni hotra.
